The Fundamentals of Managing Multiple Libraries

A well-managed school library is an important hub of information for both students and staff, and a great asset for a school. Current funding declines have forced librarians and media specialists to manage multiple school libraries.  The Fundamentals of Managing Multiple Libraries panel will discuss and share the best ways to establish effective management systems, and offer tips and tricks to ensure that each library is used to its maximum effectiveness with limited resources. Join panelists Heidi Hammond, Assistant Professor/SLMS Coordinator, St. Catherine University; Vicki Santacroce, Library Media Coordinator, Whitewater WI Unified School District; and Leslie Bermel, Junior Library Guild, as they explore this critical issue.
