Build your own personalized schedule to help you plan your conference experience! The new AASL11 Mobile App and AASL11 Mobile Website provide attendees access and updates to the conference agenda, session descriptions, exhibitor directory, local area info, latest AASL11 news and more. Plus, use the tool to connect with AASL’s social media outlets, including Twitter and the AASL11 Ning.

The AASL11 Mobile App will be synced to the Mobile Website. Create a login so the data you enter into your schedule will be accessible from your desktop and your mobile device. Plan your personal agenda on your laptop or desktop at home and then access it via your smart device onsite, or print it out to carry with you.

 

Conference Manager

Users can search for sessions by date and time, speaker name, or keywords to add to their personal agenda. And while onsite, attendees will be able to see which sessions are starting in the next hour and access a PDF map of the convention center floor plan.

 

 

 

 

Exhibits Manager

Make the most of your time on the exhibit floor and pre-plan your booth visits. Mark exhibitors and author signings in your exhibits plan or author agenda and navigate the floor with the help of a pin marked location map for each booth!  Exhibitors may also make handouts available through the mobile app–one more way to lighten your load and make this year’s conference a little greener.
