You are required to register for the conference prior to booking your hotel reservation. Please use the same for both registration and hotel reservations. You may pay for registration first, then add your hotel reservation later. You may also pay for registration separately from your hotel reservation.

Reservation Procedures
It is recommended you use the online reservation form to expedite your hotel room request. Attendees may only make one hotel reservation per registrant. You may also complete the housing form.
Room reservations and guarantees must be received by Experient no later than September 29, 2011, and are subject to availability in the AASL block. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations requests made after this date will be handled on a space and rate available basis.
Room Reservation Guarantee
Each hotel requires a credit card guarantee for one-night’s room and tax, even if you are paying for your registration by check. Experient will not charge your credit card at time of booking, but individual hotels may charge the card upon receiving the rooming list from Experient in early October 2011. You must provide a credit card, valid through December 2011, in order to secure your reservation at time of booking. Should you need to make arrangements for a payment by check, you should do so directly with your assigned hotel after September 30, 2011.
Cancellations/Changes
To cancel or change reservations, prior to September 27, 2011 please contact Experient either by logging into their online system (instructions provided in your confirmation letter), in writing at the address below, or by email at aasl@experient-inc.com (email is recommended). After September 27, you should contact the hotel directly to cancel or change your reservation. In order to avoid being charged first-night room and tax for cancellations, you must cancel your reservation no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
Room Sharing
If you are sharing a room, it is important you designate ONE person to send in the request. If you hold more than one room due to sharing, you may limit the ability for other members to book a reservation. In addition, last minute cancellations are difficult for the AASL to fill with AASL reservations and put the organization at risk for financial liability to the contracted hotels.
